Submissions

Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered by the MLS Site's Privacy Policy,

shall be deemed non-confidential. MLS shall have no obligation of any kind

posted exactly as you submitted them to us. In order to maintain an atmosphere of

mutual respect, the following activities are

strictly prohibited in

Discussion Areas:

admissible in

extent and

subject to the same

conditions as other

business documents and records originally generated and

Agreement is declared

unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable by any court, then any such term will be

deemed

severable from the remaining

terms and will not affect the

validity and enforceability of such

remaining terms.

All trademarks, servicemarks logos and graphics of specific convention center facilities or clients

and customers of MLS contained in this website

are

the

sole property of their respective owners

and are used in this website with permission from each owner.

Responsible Use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to compensate, hold harmless, and

defend MLS from any claims, damages, losses,

liabilities,

costs, and expenses, including but not

limited to attorneys' fees, resulting directly or indirectly from your use of the MLS Site or of any

content available

or through the MLS Site, unless such claims, damages, losses, liabilities,

costs, and expenses arise from and have directly

and solely been caused by

negligence or intentionally misconduct.

Password Protection. If you select or are provided with your own username or password to
